两项磷酸铁锂比容量测试方法标准比对分析

摘要 从半电池制备的工艺条件、实验材料种类、正极材料配比三个方面进行差异化处理,并分别按照GB/T30835-2014《锂离子电池用炭复合磷酸铁锂正极材料》中的附录F和YS/T 1027-2015《磷酸铁锂》中的5.6.1对磷酸铁锂的比容量进行测量,评价GB/T 30835-2014和YS/T 1027-2015在测量磷酸铁锂比容量上的可靠性,并对方法标准中影响测量不确定度的因素进行分析。 The specific capacities of lithium iron phosphate were measured according to appendix F of GB/T 30835-2014 "Carbon Composite Lithium Iron Phosphate Cathode Materials for Lithium Ion Batteries" and 5.6.1 of YS/T 1027-2015 "Lithium Iron Phosphate" to evaluate the specific capacities of lithium iron phosphate in GB/T 30835-2014 and YS/T 1027-2015.The reliability of the specific capacity of lithium iron phosphate is measured,and the factors affecting the uncertainty of measurement in the method standard are analyzed.
