Collaborative Mechanism of Scientific Researchers’ Information Behavior in Virtual Academic Communities——A Case Study Based on the ResearchGate

【目的/意义】分析虚拟学术社区科研人员信息行为的协同机制,揭示科研人员信息行为的协同效应,促进科研人员信息行为效率的提高和虚拟学术社区管理的优化。【方法/过程】基于要素分析,对虚拟学术社区科研人员信息行为的主体协同、知识协同、资源协同和目标协同机制进行研究,并以ResearchGate作为研究对象进行案例分析。【结果/结论】虚拟学术社区科研人员信息行为需要财力资源、人力资源和知识资源的协同支持,通过多主体进行互动交流和知识重组,实现知识交流、共享、创新和合作的目的。

【Purpose/significance】The purpose of this article is to analyze the collaborative mechanism of the information behavior of researchers in the virtual academic community and reveal the synergistic effects of the information behavior of the researchers,promote the improvement of scientific staff’s information behavior efficiency and the optimization of virtual academic community management.【Method/process】Based on factor analysis,this paper studies the subject collaboration,knowledge cooperation,resource coordination and goal coordination mechanism of researchers’information behaviors in virtual academic communities and takes ResearchGate as a research object to conduct case studies.【Result/conclusion】The information behavior of scientific academics in virtual academic communities requires the coordinated support of financial resources,human resources and knowledge resources.Through multi-agent interaction and knowledge reorganization,the purpose of knowledge exchange,sharing,innovation and cooperation is achieved.
