摘要
某设备的迷宫密封环为钢铜结合的结构,其在运行过程中受到离心力、惯性力、振动力、热应力,钢与铜的接合强度是其关键技术指标。本文成功将熔覆铜技术应用于迷宫密封环,并经过金相、侧弯及疲劳试验,验证了熔覆铜技术的钢、铜结合强度可以满足设备的使用要求。
The labyrinth ring is made of steel and copper.It is subjected to centrifugal force、inertia force、vibration force and thermal stress during operation.The bonding strength between steel and copper is the key technical index of the labyrinth ring.In this paper,cladding copper technology is successfully applied to labyrinth ring.The metallographic、lateral bending and fatigue tests show that the bonding strength of steel and copper can meet the requirements of the equipment.
