脊柱转移瘤的微创骨水泥成形术治疗进展

Research progress on minimally invasive cementoplasty for spinal metastases

近年来关于微创骨水泥成形术治疗脊柱转移瘤的研究取得了长足的进展,特别是Sky、Jack、Spine Jack、Osseofix、Kiva、Vessel-X等新型后凸成型器的发明应用,明显降低了脊柱转移瘤患者术中骨水泥的渗漏及其他并发症的发生率,同时也拓展了骨水泥成形术的应用范围。我们主要就近年来与脊柱转移瘤相关的微创骨水泥成形术进行简要综述。

The great progress has been made in research on minimally invasive cementoplasty for spinal metastases in recent years. Especially the systems of Sky, Jack, Spine Jack, Osseofix, Kiva, Vessel-X have decreased the risk of cement extravasation and other complications obviously, and have expanded the extent of cementoplasty. In this paper, we briefly review the research on the different techniques of cementoplasty for spinal metastases in recent years.
