近年来,不断涌现的以大数据、云计算、人工智能为代表的信息技术,以及基于信息技术的平台组织为代表的数字经济的实践表明,人类经济活动在不确定性前提下,局部资源配置低效与潜在整体资源配置高效之间的矛盾,贯穿于经济发展过程的始终,成为信息技术和市场结构一同变革演化的主要推动力,而变革的突破口在于通过活跃的、动态的技术要素创新作用的发挥来不断优化整体层面的资源配置效率。作为一个历史范畴,数字经济形态是经济系统中技术、组织和制度相互作用过程中的宏观涌现,这一过程中基于技术进行资源配置优化为导向的人类经济活动的高度协调和互动所塑造的新生产组织方式的不断演化,则构成了数字经济的本质。在马克思主义基本原理和其科学研究方法的指导下,对数字经济的本质及其发展逻辑的揭示,既是当前本土经济学结合新时代伟大实践继续推进马克思主义中国化的重要任务,同时也为第四次工业革命战略机遇期我国现代化经济体系建设提供重要决策依据。

In recent years, digital information technology which is represented by big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence keeps emerging, and the digital economy represented by information technology-based platform organizations show that human economic activities are under uncertainty. The contradiction between local resource allocation inefficiency and potential overall resource allocation efficiency runs through the process of economic development and becomes the main driving force for the transformation and evolution of information technology and market structure. And the breakthrough of change is to continuously optimize the efficiency of resource allocation at the overall level through the active and dynamic role of technological elements. As a historical category, the digital economic form is a macroscopic emergence in the process of interaction between technology, organization and institutions in the economic system. The evolution of the new production organization, which is shaped by the high degree of coordination and interaction of human economic activities based on technology for resource allocation optimization, constitutes the essence of the digital economy. Under the guidance of the basic principles of Marxism and its scientific research methods, the disclosure of the essence of the digital economy and its development logic is not only an important task of the current local economics combined with the great practice of the new era to continue to promote the sinicization of Marxism,but it also provides an important decision-making basis for the construction of China’s modern economic system during the strategic opportunity period of the fourth industrial revolution.
