State of the Art of Gas-Liquid Cyclone Separator Technology

摘要 气-液旋流分离器是依据离心分离原理实现相间的分离,与传统的依靠重力实现气液分离的容积式分离器相比,具有结构简单、能耗低、重量轻、应用方便等优点。理论和实验研究表明,改进GLCC的结构对提高其性能具有重要的影响。然而,缺少有效的预测GLCC性能的工具限制了其应用速度以及应用范围的进一步扩大。尽管如此,GLCC在石油工业中的应用已初见端倪。随着对GLCC内部流动规律的了解和设计工具的完善,GLCC必将拥有更加广阔的应用领域。 The two-phase of gas and liquid is separated by centrifugal force in the Gas-Liquid Cylindrical Cyclone separator.Compared with conventional separator,GLCC has the advantages of simple structure,low energy consumption,small weight ,convenient application and etc.The research of theory and experiment is shown that the performance of GLCC is influenced greatly by its geometry.However,the absence of valid tool to predict performance limits its application speed and extended area.In fact,GLCC is extensively put to use in oil industry.It is believed that GLCC will have a wide prospect as the disclosure of flow law and improvement of design tool.
