摘要
在相同代谢能(2.9兆卡/公斤)条件下,前期(0—3周龄)分5个不同蛋白质水平(24,22,20,18,16%),后期4—7周龄)在前期每个蛋白质水平下又分3个不同的蛋白质水平(18,16,14%)。观察不同蛋白质水平对肉鸭生产性能和胴体品质的影响,确定肉鸭饲粮适宜蛋白质水平。试验结果表明,前期不同蛋白质水平对0—7周龄鸭生产性能和胴体品质没有显著影响;用0—7周龄指标评定前期饲粮适宜蛋白水平更为经济、合理;樱×建杂交鸭前后期饲粮适宜的蛋白质水平分别为17.34%和15.02%。
The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of the dietary prctein levels on performance and carcass charactaristics of maat ducklings and to find out the optimal level of dietary protein. There were five isoenergtic (2900 KcaeME/Kg) protein levels (24, 22, 20, 18, 16%) in 0-3 weeks of age and three (18, 16, 14%) in 4—7 weeks of age, which were in a factorial arrangment with the protein levels in 0—3 weeks of age. The results showed that the effects of the protein levels in 0—3 weeks of age on performance and carcass characteristics of 7 weeks' were not significant, that it was more practical and economical to select the optimal level of dietary protein according to the performance of 7 weeks' and that the appropriate level for Ying-Gian crossbred ducklings in 0—3 and 4—7 weeks was respectively 17.34%, 15.02%.
