摘要
简介了美国Apollo分离技术公司的酶解堵剂greengyme的生产原理和性能特点 ,初步探讨了解除出砂稠油井堵塞的机理 (greengyme的主要作用是将造成堵塞的细砂与稠油充分分离 ) ,介绍了现场解堵时的选井条件、酶解堵剂用量、施工工艺 ,永 8 5 2井基本情况和酶解堵施工效果。永 8 5 2稠油井在实施机械防砂后 ,产出的稠油与细砂混合造成堵塞而不能正常生产 ,用酶解堵后日产液、日产油、动液面大幅上升 ,含水急剧下降 (由 30 %~ 5 0 %降至4%~ 2 %)。
The principles of synthesis and the unique properties of enzyme preparate Greengyme of Apollo Separation Technolgy Inc., USA, are presented briefly; the mechanisms involved in removal of blockages from sanding curde oil wells by this kind of enzyme (with main action of the enzyme being separation of fine sand particles from viscous crude) are discussed preliminarily; the well selection, use level of enzyme preparate, technology of enzyme treatments are described; the situation of and the enzyme treating results for well Y8-52 are introduced in some detail. After mechanical sand controlling measurements performed, well Y8-52 produced viscous heavy crude together with fine sand and was plugged by crude/sand mixture and the productivity of the well was cut down. Treating the well with Greengyme notably increases the productivity of liquid and oil and the liquid level in the well and decreases the water cut (from 30-50% to 4-2%).
