Results of Rural Land Circulation and the Countermeasures

农村土地流转不论是其所产生的社会效益还是经济效益 ,从总体与长远的角度来看都是积极有效的。但是 ,当前农村土地流转还存在着许多问题 ,有待于进一步规范与完善。从土地流转机制、建立土地市场、加强土地承包管理、制定政策法规等方面提出建议 。

Rural Land circulation can provide with either social or economic results,which are positive and effective on the whole and long run.However,in the moving of rural land circulation,there exist a lot of problems which should be solved.This paper attempts to give some countermeasures on how to promote rural land circulating rationally by means of changing mechanism,establishing market,intensifying management,sounding policy and code.
