摘要 研制了磷酸料浆泵叶轮用的一种新型铁素体不锈钢,探讨新型钢的合金成分设计、熔炼与热处理工艺设计、显微组织及性能.新型铁素体不锈钢含铬量、含碳量较高, 其中Cr w/%:26.0%~32.0%,C w %:0.4%~1.2%,最佳热处理工艺为800~900℃固溶化处理.挂片试验结果表明,新型铁素体不锈钢钢较以往的奥氏体不锈钢在磷酸料浆中具有更长的使用寿命,具有良好的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性. A kind of new ferritic stainless steel for the paddle wheel of pump used in phosphoric acid slurry has been developed, and the design of its alloying elements and smelting and heat treatments, its microstructures and properties, have been investigated. The new ferritic stainless steel has high chromium (Cr w%:26.0%~32.0%) and high carbon (C w%:0.4%~1.2%) and its optimal heat treatment is solid solution treatment at 800~9000C.The result of on-site plate hanging test shows that the new steel has longer life span than that of austenitic stainless steel used before and has good wear and corrosion resistance when servicing in phosphoric acid slurry.
