医院感染的金黄色葡萄球菌多重耐药机制研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究医院感染的金黄色葡萄球菌的多重耐药机制,指导临床合理用药。方法对本院感染标本分离出的金黄色葡萄球菌进行药敏试验,聚合酶链反应(PCR)测定mecA、aac(6')/aph(2')、aph(3')-III、ermA、ermC、tetM和tetK基因。结果 MecA基因检测阳性为84株,为MRSA,阳性率48%,其余91株为MSSA;MRSA对12种抗菌药物敏感率均低于MSSA敏感率;MRSA与MSSA对耐药基因携带率各不相同,MRSA高于MSSA。结论医院感染的金黄色葡萄球菌对抗菌药物有很高的耐药性,金黄色葡萄球菌的多重耐药与获得mecA基因紧密相关。 Objective To study the multiple resistance mechanisms of hospital infection of staphylococcus aureus,and to guide clinical rational drug use. Methods The susceptibility to antimicrobial agents were tested,and mecA, aac(6 ' )/aph(2' ),aph (3 ')-III, ermA,ermC,tetM and tetK of 175 clinical Staphylococcus aureus were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) methods. Results Among the 175 isolates of Staphylococci aureus,84 isolates were MRSA(48%);MSSA and MRSA drug-re- sistant genes carry are not identical, MSSA was higher than MRSA. Conclusion The hospital infection of staphylococcus aureus had high antimicrobial resistance. The multiple restance mechanism of staphylococcus aureus was closely associated with mecA gene.
