摘要
汽车零部件行业发展迅速,其对环境的影响也随之增大。在建设生态文明的大背景下,基于汽车零部件生命周期角度,从生态设计、生态制造,生态再利用3个层面分析了汽车零部件行业生态发展潜力。提出了在前端设计中可通过轻量化设计、生态绿色设计、新能源汽车配套设计、产业链集群发展奠定生态化发展基础,在生产制造过程中通过精益生产.污染控制和绿色物流减少环境影响,在末端通过再制造实现最高效率再利用。
With the rapid development of the auto accessories industry, its impact on environment has then been increasing. In the context of ecological civilisation, it was proposed to initiate from three aspects of eco-design, eco-manufacturing and eco-recycling as a total life cycle to analyse the eco-development potential of the auto accessories industry. Eco-design could establish the foundation of ecological development through lightweight design, eco-green design, new energy vehicles' supportive design and industrial chain cluster development. Eco-manufacturing could reduce the environmental impact through lean production, pollution control and green logistics. Recycling could achieve a maximum efficiency through the terminal remanufacturing.
