高速铁路综合维修“天窗”开设形式与行车组织协调问题的研究 被引量:35

摘要 主要研究如何确定京沪高速铁路综合维修“天窗”开设方式 ,以确保综合维修计划和行车组织之间的有机协调。分析认为 :高、中速列车混跑模式下 ,跨线中速列车尤其是“夕发朝至”列车在高速线上运行 ,要占用夜间维修“天窗”时段 ,将与综合维修作业产生干扰和矛盾 ;结合京沪高速铁路客车开行方案 ,根据行车组织和设备维修作业对“天窗”的需求 ,经铺画运行图确定京沪高速铁路应采用“隔日单向矩形天窗”。为此 ,分析了一线行车、邻线维修的可行性 ,经过计算得出 ,无论是工务维修还是接触网维修 ,开设“隔日单向矩型天窗”,时间在 0 :0 0~ 6:0 0或 0 :0 0~ 5 :0 0都是可行的 ,技术上是可以实现的 ,此时列车的运行速度只要不大于 160 km· h- 1 ,在维修作业上是安全的 ;对于行车方面 ,采用“隔日单向矩形天窗”的线路通过能力较“双线矩型天窗”有所增加 ,且能开行 8~ 10对左右的“夕发朝至”列车。 This paper mainly describes the way of opening the comprehensive maintenance ″window″ for the Beijing—Shanghai (Jinghu) high speed railway to order to ensure the coordination between the maintenance schedule and train operation. It analyses the interference with and conflict to comprehensive maintenance work, which are generated by operating the medium speed train especially the sunset departure and sunrise arrival train on the high speed line in a mixed traffic mode. This kind of operation will use the ″window″ time. In combination with the solution of operating high speed passenger train on Jinghu line and following the requirements of the ″window″ by traffic organization and track equipment maintenance, the train work diagram is made and decides that the ″uni directional rectangle window at every other day″ method is adopted. Therefore it is feasible to run trains on one track and do maintenance on the other. It is calculated that it is feasible to use the ″uni directional rectangle window at every other day″ method at 00:00—06:00 hrs or 00:00—05:00 hrs regardless of it being civil engineering maintenance or catenary maintenance. The maintenance work is safe so far as the operation speed is not over 160 km·h -1 . In train operation, the line carrying capacity of using the ″uni directional rectangle window at every other day″ method is greater than that in the case of double track rectangle ″window″ method and it is still possible to operate about pairs of the sunset departure and sunrise arrival trains.
