摘要
报道了 L D泵浦的窄线宽双包层光纤 (DCF)激光器。从理论和实验数值模拟了激光输出功率对输出镜反射率、光纤长度和吸收泵浦功率的依赖关系 ,进而进行了实验。实验中选用光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)作为输入腔镜 ,利用光纤端面菲涅耳反射作为输出腔镜 ,得到了窄线宽的单模激光输出。最大输出功率 4 2 1m W,斜率效率 78.2 %。激光中心波长 10 86 .92 nm ,谱线宽度 0 .16 nm。
A narrow bandwidth double-clad fiber (DCF) laser is reported. The numerical analysis includes dependence of output power on output mirror reflectivity, fiber length and pump power. In our experiment, a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) was used as the input mirror of the cavity. The Yb3+ doped DCF was pumped by a laser diode emitting at 975.8 nm. The narrow bandwidth of 0.16 nm single mode laser was obtained. It produced an output power of 421 mW at 1086.9 nm with absorbed pump power of 684 mW. The slope efficiency was 78.2%.
