摘要
目前适用于新型并联机构机床工作精度检验的试切法尚处于探索阶段。文章分析了传统数控机床工作精度检验标准 ,根据虚拟轴数控机床与传统数控机床的本质区别 ,拟订了新型变轴数控机床定姿态工作精度检验方案 ,并对变姿态工作精度检验提出建议 ,供相关研究参考。
Cutting methods to evaluate accuracy of the virtual_axes CNC machine tool (VCMT) is tried to find out. In this paper, the testing standard for the conventional NC machine tools are analyzed. Based on the differences between the VCMT and the conventional machine tools, the measures for evaluation of accuracy at unaltered pose position of the VCMT is drawn out, and the suggestion for accuracy test at variational pose position is made.
