Analysis and Resolution to Failure of Cardio-pulmo Resuscitation (CPR) at Early Stage

目的 探讨早期心肺复苏失败的因素 ,提出提高心肺复苏成功率的相应对策。方法 对我院急诊室经抢救无效死亡、抢救记录完整的 6 6例病历进行原因分析。结果 早期心肺复苏失败主要与病因、院前急救不规范、CPR技术不标准以及急诊外科空白等有密切关系。结论 普及院前急救知识、提高院前急救人员的素质和技能。

Objective To discuss the factors of failure of cardio pulmo resuscitation (CPR) at early stage, and put forward the resolution to raise the successful rate of CPR. Methods 66 cases of death which had been salvaged in emergency department of our hospital were collected, and analysis of the cause of failure of CPR was made. Results The cause of disease, being not up to the standard of first aid and CPR and being unsound of emergency surgery related to the failure of CPR at early stage. Conclusion The keys to raise the successful rate of CPR include spreading the knowledge of first aid, improving the quality and skills of first aid staff, standardizing the skills of CPR and setting up emergency surgery.
