摘要
目的 从形态学角度观察血管内皮细胞生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)在激光透室壁性心肌血管重建术 (transmyocardiallaserrevascularization ,TMLR)中 ,促TMLR孔道内血管生成的作用 ,探讨优化TM LR的可行性方案。 方法 采用高能CO2 激光照射家兔左室前壁 ,形成透室壁性激光心肌孔道。实验组TMLR孔道内注射VEGF ;对照组TMLR孔道内注射相同剂量的生理盐水。动物于术后不同时间处死 ,利用组织切片染色法 ,对照观察实验组和对照组的TMLR孔道内血管生成状况。 结果 应用VEGF实验组和未应用VEGF对照组的TMLR孔道内血管生成的密度 /数量具有显著性差异 ,P <0 0 0 1。
Objective To research the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) on angiogenesis and revascularization in view of morphology. Methods Transmyocardial channels were made by CO 2 laser in vivo on left anterior ventricular wall of the rabbits (transmyocardial laser revascularization, TMLR). The control group was injected with physiological saline in channels after TMLR, but the experimental group was injected with VEGF. The animals of two groups were sacrificed at intervals of 1,2,4 and 6 8 weeks after TMLR. The effects of angiogenesis and revascularization were observed and the new blood vessels in channels of two groups were measured under microscope. Results Histological analysis demonstrated a high significant difference between the experiment and control groups in the density of new vessels(NV), P <0 001.Conclusion The results confirm that the effects of VEGF on angiogenesis and revascularization in TMLR channels are significant.\;[
