摘要 目的 探讨细胞周期转录因子E2F与膀胱癌发病及生物学特征之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测膀胱癌和正常膀胱组织中E2F和PCNA的表达 ;应用原位凋亡TUNEL方法测定膀胱癌中细胞凋亡指数。结果 膀胱癌中E2F阳性率为 42 .3 % ,显著高于正常膀胱组织的 2 2 2 % (P <0 .0 5)。膀胱癌中E2F表达与肿瘤分级、分期和PCNA指数之间呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5) ,而与肿瘤复发和细胞凋亡指数之间无显著相关性 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 E2F异常参与膀胱癌的发病过程 。 Objective To investigate the role of transcription factor E2F in pathogenesis of bladder carcinoma and its correlation with biologic features, cell proliferation and apoptosis of the tumor cells. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of E2F and PCNA in 78 cases of bladder carcinoma and 9 normal bladder tissues. Apoptotic index was determined by TUNEL technique. Results Positive rate of E2F immunostaining was 42.3%, which was significantly higher than 22.2% in normal bladder tissue (P<0.05). Expression of E2F was closely associated with tumor grade, stage and PCNA index (P<0.05), but had no relation to tumor recurrence and apoptotic index (P>0.05). Conclusions Aberrant expression of E2F may play an important role in development and progression of bladder carcinoma, and can be used in predicting tumor malignancy and invasiveness.
