凝集素是一类具有糖专一性、可促使细胞凝集的蛋白质或糖蛋白 ,本文通过提取8种豆科植物种子中的凝集素 ,分别与人的四种血型红细胞悬液发生凝集反应 (A型、B型、O型、AB型 ) ,通过血凝反应的强弱程度来验证不同凝集素的血型专一性 ,并进一步测定其相对含量。

Phytohemagglutinin(PHA) is a kind of protein or glycoprotein.It is able to agglutinin the erythrocytes of human blood group.Abstract PHA from eight kinds of beans and have them react with the erythrocytes of four human blood group(A,B,AB,O).This paper is to illustrate blood group special PHA and determine its content according to hemegglutinative level.
