摘要
分析了多层砖混结构中钢筋混凝土构造柱、圈梁在抗震过程中的作用 ,指出在保证抗震设计要求的条件下 ,如何确保钢筋混凝土构造柱、圈梁的施工质量 ,如何消除其质量通病、施工缺陷 ,从而保证构造柱、圈梁对墙体的约束作用 ,增强其建筑物的整体刚度和延性 ,确保构造柱、圈梁形成类似“小框架”的空间体系。
The actions of concrete construction column and circle beam in earthquake resistance are analyzed for multi layer brick masonry structure. Author discusses the questions that how to ensure the engineering quality of reinforced concrete construction column and circle beam under the satisfying earthquake resistance design requirements conditions to eliminate fault of construction qualities and ensure the constraining force of construction column and circle beams. Through those measures the integral rigidity and ductility can be enhanced to ensure the spatial system formed by the construction column and circle beams.
