摘要
为了选育出稳定的转基因抗虫油菜新品种 ,采用卡那霉素抗性分析和 PCR检测技术对转基因抗虫油菜中Bt杀虫蛋白基因的遗传行为进行了研究 .连续三代的研究结果表明 :Bt杀虫蛋白基因以单拷贝、杂合地整合到转基因植株 (T0 1,T0 2 ,T0 3,T0 5 ,T0 6 ,T0 7,T0 8)的基因组中 ,并稳定地遗传给后代 .纯合转基因株系杂交分析表明 ,在不同 T0 转基因植株中 Bt杀虫蛋白基因整合位点是不同的 ,T0 1和 T0 5或 T0 3和 T0 8的 Bt杀虫蛋白基因整合位点是同源染色体的不同座位 ,而其他转基因植株的
To select and breed stable transgenic insecticidal rapeseed,by detecting the progeny of transgenic rapeseed plants with Bt insecticidal protein gene via kanamycin sifting and PCR,genetic mode of Bt insecticidal protein gene in the insect resistant transgenic rapeseed was studied.The results show that single copy of Bt insecticidal protein gene has been integrated into the genome of T 0 transgenic plants and stably inherited. By analysing F 2 of hybrid combination of homozygous transgenic plants, Bt insecticidal protein gene has been integrated into different locus of homologous chromosome of T 01 and T 05 or T 03 and T 08 transgenic rapeseed plants,but has been integrated into heterologous chromosome.
