摘要
应用改进的RHEOLABMC1型流变仪对粉粒体内摩擦力及搅拌桨受力进行了测量 ,发现搅拌桨受力可分为两部分 ,即摩擦阻力和形体阻力。对于粘附性较弱的粉体和粒子 ,内摩擦力随转子运动速度的上升而下降 。
A powder character tester improved from RHEOLAB MC1 rheometer that allows the determination of the shear stress of the rotor and the force of the agitator was built.The force was measured and the influence of the following parameters were studied,that is type of particulate material,velocity of agitator,shape of agitator and its depth of immersion.It was found that the force required for agitating solid particles consists of the following two components,i.e.the inertia force and the sheering stress by internal friction.
