企业绩效高低是衡量企业竞争力水平的一个重要指标,也是企业追求的最终目标之一。由于企业绩效受到外部原因和内部原因多方面的影响,提升企业绩效的途径也较多,但是如何有效地提升企业绩效?如何抓住关键的方面?这是企业应当思考的问题。
The good performance of a company,as one of the goals that any enterprise tries to seek,is an important standard to measure a company's competence. There are many approaches to improving a company's performance which way be influenced by both outside and inside elements. Therefore,the enterprises should think much about how to grasp the key aspects.
