脐血血浆中IL-3、IL-12、TNF-α含量的测定

DETERMINATION OF THE IL-3、IL-12 AND TNF-α IN UMBILICAL CORD SERUM

目的 :测定脐血血浆中 IL- 3、 IL- 12、 TNF- α的含量 ,了解脐血造血干 /祖细胞(HSC/ HPC)的造血微环境。方法 :收集 2 0份脐血 ,常规分离血浆。结果 :2 0份脐血血浆 TNF- α含量为 (2 9.14 6± 17.4 5 0 ) pg/ m L,明显低于成人外周血 (P<0 .0 0 0 1) ,IL- 3、IL- 12含量分别为 (44 .6 6 0± 9.879) pg/ m L 和 (15 72 .36 1± 785 .74 3) pg/ m L,均显著高于成人外周血 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :脐血中富含各种造血生长因子 ,有良好的造血微环境 。

Objective:To determine the quantity of the IL 3?IL 12 and TNF α in per sample of cord blood serum.Mothods:20 samples of umbilical cord blood were collected and take serum.the content of the IL 3?IL 12 and TNF α by ELISA.Results:The TNF α content was (29.146±17.450)pg/mL,which obviously lower than adult peripheral blood ( P <0.000 1).Whereas,the amount of the IL 3 and IL 12 was (44.660±9.879) pg/mL and (1 572.361±785.743)pg/mL respectively.Both were significantly higher ( P <0.01).Conclusion:The hematopietic growing factors were rich,which lay a solid foundation for persistant hematopoiesis restitution.
