摘要
目的 :探讨双波长薄层扫描法测定活血化瘀颗粒剂含量的方法。方法 :反射法双波长锯齿扫描 ;人参皂苷 Rg1测定波长λS=5 2 5 nm,参比波长λR=70 0 nm;狭缝 1.2 5 mm× 1.2 5 mm;线性参数 SX=3;灵敏度× 5 ;扫描速度 2 0 mm· min-1;纸速 2 0 mm· min-1。结果 :人参皂苷 Rg1的平均回收率为10 0 .17% ,RSD为 0 .78%。结论 :方法简便可靠 。
Objective: To establish the method of determination of ginsenoside Rg 1 in Promoting Blood Circulation to Remove Blood Stasis Granules by TLC densitometry.Methods:It was determined by dual-wave TLC densitometry and the sample and reference wavelength was 525 nm and 700 nm respectively.Results:The average recovery of ginsenoside Rg 1 was 100.17% (RSD=0.78%).Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and suitable to determination of ginsenoside Rg 1 in Promoting Blood Circulation to Remove Blood Stasis Granules.
