This paper analyze the technological level of industrial projects that the MNC have invested in China and the technological effect of transfer and dispersion. Such conclusions are drawn that the positive effect that the MNC's investment in China put on China's technological progress is limited and the investment have paied negative effects on the development of Chinese hi-tech enterprises.
