摘要
使用DQ型球形高效催化剂在间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯装置上进行了工业应用研究,结果表明:不需要更改设备和操作方法,操作平稳,单釜产量高(12m^3聚合釜,大多在100袋以上);氢调敏感,聚台物等规指数可调性好,表观密度较高(0.44~0.45 g/mL);聚合物流动性好。
The study on commercial application of DQ spherical high efficiency catalyst for polypropylene (PP) in a batch PP plant was carried out. The results indicate that the sensitive hydrogen modulation, stable operation and high output (more than 100 sacks) for each reactor having capacity of 12 m can be reached without modifying the e-quipment and upgrading the operation procedures. The polymer so prepared possesses a melt index adjustable finely and a high apparent density in the range of 0.44 - 0. 45 g/ml.
