电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张27例临床分析

Clinical analysis of electrocoagulation for 27 cases of varicose veins of the lower extremities.

目的 评价电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张的方法及疗效。方法 对 2 0 0 0年 11月至 2 0 0 1年 4月收治的2 7例下肢静脉曲张病人 (计 35条患肢 )采用电凝术治疗 ,并对其术前、术后的临床资料进行分析。结果 3例术后出现皮下硬结 ,1例节段性复发 ,其余顺利康复。平均住院时间 5 6天。结论 电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张是一种疗效确切的微创手术方法。为提高疗效、减少并发症的发生 。

Objective To evaluate the electrocoagulation for varicose veins of the lower extremities and its effects. Methods Analyse the clinical data before the operation and after the operation of 27 cases (35 legs) which we treated from November 2000 to April 2001. Results All the patients were treated with electrocoagulation of varicose veins. 3 cases developed subcutaneous induration after the operation. 1 case developed segmental recurrence. The rest recovered well. The average hospitalization time was 5.6 days. Conclusion Electrocoagulation for varicose veins of the lower extremities is a good minimal invasive operation method. In order to have good effects and reduce the complications, we should firmly master the indications and the amount of coagualtion we need during the operation.
