摘要
教学理论的“实践乏力”现象是指由于教学理论自身的不成熟、不完善或研究者实践意识的淡薄而导致的教学理论实践功能发挥不充分或效力低下、而无力指导教学实践的现象。就教学理论自身来说,它的“实践乏力”现象表现在如下几方面:①注重对国外教学理论的引进和从相关学科中移植,忽视对它们的批判和转化———教学理论的整合力差;②结构僵化、体系陈旧———教学理论缺乏强劲的解释预测力;③唯政治风向是瞻,唯长官意志是从,教学理论研究丧失学术自主性;④语言呆板教条,表述单一少变,教学理论的话语系统缺乏现实的感召力;⑤急功近利的实用取向、追逐时髦的浮躁心态———教学理论失却了自我修正与发展的反省力。
The phenomenon of'lack of practice'in teaching theory refers to the fact that teaching theory is unable to guide the teaching practic e because of its low efficiency in carrying out its function of practice as the result of the non -perfection or non -ripeness of teaching theory itself,or the f aint awareness of practice of researchers.As far as teaching theory itself is concerned,'lack of practice'manifests itself in the following aspects:1)emphasize the introduction of foreign teachin g theories and the transplantation f rom interrelated disciplines,but d isregard the criticism and transformation of them---teaching theory is poor in arranging and sorting out materials.2)the structure is rigid and the system is o utmoded---teaching theory is lacking in ability to explain and predict.3)only subjected to politics and officials' will,thus the loss of academic auton omy.4)stereotyped language and unitary expressions lead to the language system' s lack of appeal.5)the tendency for quick success and in stant benefit and the impetuous psychology result in t he loss of the reflective ability of s elf -improvement and development.
