摘要
目的 为了提高临床标本中厌氧菌培养的阳性率 ,了解厌氧菌在各种标本中的分布 ,普及厌氧菌检测。方法 采用厌氧培养箱 ,用抽气换气钯粒催化耗氧法造成厌氧环境 ,孵育 72~ 96h观察 ,并对不同可疑菌落 ,经耐氧试验后 ,对专性厌氧菌做生化反应鉴定到种。结果 76 2份临床标本厌氧和需氧培养 ,5 0 2份细菌培养阳性 ,总阳性率 6 5 9%。其中纯厌氧菌和纯需氧菌阳性者各占阳性标本的 2 2 1%和 2 1 1% ,两者混合阳性占 5 6 8%。共检出各种细菌 110 0株 ,其中厌氧菌占5 4 8% ,需氧菌占 4 5 2 %。结论 在临床标本检测中 ,厌氧菌有较高的培养阳性率 。
Objective To raise positive rate of anaerobic culture and study anaerobic distribution in various kinds of clinical samples. Method Anaerobic culture incubator was used, and anaerobic environment was created by using palladiu catalysis to incubate for 72 96 h in order to observe and to do stand oxygen test for various suspected colonies, and identify pure anaerobes to species with biochemical event. Results In anaerobic and aerobic culture of 762 clinical samples, 502(65 9%) showed bacteria positive results, in which 22 1% showed anaerobic positive, 21 1% aerobe positive, and 56 8% both positive 1 100 strains were isolated, including 54 8% anaerobes and 45 2% aerobe Conclusion There was a higher positive rate of anaerobic culture in clinical samples It is necessary to improve anaerobic culture
