摘要
对磨削弧区温度进行在线监控 ,是磨削加工自动化必不可少的重要环节。针对磨削温度的变化特征及其不同的影响因素 ,对人工神经网络预报模型及灰色理论预报模型应用于磨削温度在线预报中的优缺点进行了分析 ,提出一种新发展的 ANN GM( 1 ,1 )综合预报模型 ,并通过理论分析和工艺监控试验研究了该模型的合理性、适用性及应用范围等。
On-line monitoring & controlling the temperature of grinding arc area is a necessary and important section in the grinding automation. On the basis of the changing characteristics and different factors affecting the grinding temperature, a new comprehensive forecasting model ANN_GM(1,1) is put forward after analyzing the merits and drawbacks of Artificial Neural Network forecasting model and Gray theory forecasting model which are applied to forecast the grinding temperature. The paper presents also the reasonability, possibility and application areas of the new forecasting model through the theoretical analysis and the experimental researches.
