摘要 研究了以氯化焙烧 -氰化浸出工艺从银锰矿中回收银 ,考察了氯化钠加入量、矿石粒度、焙烧时间、焙烧温度对银浸出率的影响。试验结果表明 ,在矿样粒度小于 1 5 mm,矿样与氯化钠质量比为 1 0 :1 ,焙烧温度 80 0℃ ,焙烧时间 4h条件下 ,银浸出率可达到 78% ,比直接氰化浸出时高 5 6% ,同时金也被浸出。 Recovery of silver from silver manganite with chloride roasting cyanide leaching process are studied.The effects of sodium chloride addition,particle size of ore sample,roasting time,roasting temperature on recovery rare of silver are examined.Experimental results show that leaching rare of silver is 78%,more than 22% of direction cyanide leaching and gold is leached also when ore sample particle size is less than 15mm,sample and sodium chloride mass ratio is 10∶1,roasting temperature is 800 ℃ and roasting time is 4h.Manganese can be enriched in slag when the slag is milled and magnetic dressed.
