摘要
管柱式旋流分离器是一种带有倾斜切向入口及气体、液体出口的垂直管。它依靠旋流离心力实现气、液分离 ,与传统容器式分离器相比 ,具有结构紧凑、重量轻、投资节省等优点 ,是替代传统容器式分离器的新型分离装置。在气液两相旋流分析的基础上 ,建立了预测分离性能的机理模型 ,该模型包括了入口分离模型、漩涡模型、气泡及液滴轨迹模型 ;依据机理模型 ,提出了管柱式旋流分离器工艺设计技术指标和工艺设计步骤 ;计算示例显示分离机理模型是合理的 ,适于工程设计。
Gas-liquid cylindrical cyclone (GLCC) is a perpendicular pipe with a tilted tangential inlet and gas and liquid outlets and the separation of gas from liquid may be realized by it through cyclone centrifugal force.As compared with the traditional container-like separators,the GLCC has many advantages as well-knitted structure,a little weight and economizing-on investment,etc.,thus being a novel device instead of the traditional separators.On the basis of analyzing two-phase swirling flow,the mechanism models including an inlet separating model,a vortex model and the trajectory models of bubbles and droplets were established for predicting gas-liquid separation behaviour.According to the mechanism models,the technical criteria and procedure of technological design are proposed in the paper.Through example calculation it is shown that the mechanism models are reasonable and suitable for engineering design.
