摘要
通过分析供应链管理中供应环节、生产过程、用户需求的不确定性以及在多企业运作时这些不确定性所导致的两种典型的风险表现形式:短缺引起的连锁反应和虚假需求引起的连锁反应,以及它们对供应链整体竞争力的负面影响,提出了防范供应链风险的措施,即强化核心企业的领导地位、简化供应链、建立核心供应链、改善供应链的弹性以及在整个供应链上共享库存信息、计划信息、客户需求信息,同时也讨论了实现共享的技术手段等。
This paper analyzes risks caused by uncertainties existing in supply process, manufacturing process and distribution process. Also the paper presents some ways to avoid the risks. The measures suggested by the paper includes enhancing the leadership of kernel enterprises, simplifying supply chains, setting up key supply chains, improving the elasticity of the chains and sharing information by the chains.
