入世 遵守规则与更新观念

CHINA'S WTO ACCESSION,COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES AND CONCEPT UPDATING

文章结合我国入世后面临的新形势和地勘行业的情况 ,介绍了世贸组织的有关规则。指出以后地勘经济的运行必须遵守世贸规则 ,必须适应、驾驭、利用新的环境 ,并且地勘行业广大干部职工必须尽快转变观念、更新观念。文章从五个方面论述了遵守规则和更新观念的必要性和重要性。

In the light of new situation and following China's WTO entry the condition of geological prospecting unit , the paper lets us know some relevant rules of World Trade Organization. It points out that geological prospecting economic operation must comply with the rules of WTO, adapt to, control and utilize new circumstances. The broad workers in geological prospecting industry must change and update their concept as soon as possible. It discusses the necessity and importance from five aspects.
