摘要
介绍了求解铸轧辊辊套温度场所采用的 3种有限差分算法 ,包括 :基于欧拉坐标采用一阶迎风差分格式进行的二维稳态导热分析 ;基于拉格朗日坐标采用FTCS格式进行的二维瞬态导热分析以及采用FTCS格式进行的一维瞬态导热分析。对 3种方法所得计算结果进行了比较 ,表明在常规铸轧条件下 ,3种方法所得结果吻合很好 ;并分析讨论了各方法的特点。
s:Three finite difference methods are used to simulate the temperature field in the roll shell during twin roll casting.Included are a two dimensional steady state analysis using a first order upwind scheme based on Eulerian coordinate system,a two dimensional transient analysis using a FTCS scheme based on a Lagrangian coordinate system and a one dimensional transient analysis using a FTCS scheme.The results of the three methods are compared,which indicates that all the results of the three methods agree with each other very well under the conventional twin roll strip casting conditions.Some specific features associated with these methods are also discussed.
