摘要
设计了数控加工应用中 CAD/CAM集成系统的通用硬件结构 ;在软件设计中采用Auto CAD R14作为图形化输入平台 ,对 Auto CAD进行二次开发。把数控软件与 Auto CAD有机结合起来 ,实现了基于图形的 CAD/CAM的有效集成 ;讨论了用矢量法解决加工方向的自动判别方法 ,以及 CAD/CAM专家系统的工作流程等。
This paper designs the commonly used hardware structure for CAD/CAM integrated system in the processing and application of numerical control.And autoCAD R14 is adopted as graphical input platform in software design so that autoCAD is developed the second time.By combining numerical control software organically with autoCAD.CAD/CAM is integrated effectively on the basis of graphs.Furthermore,automatic method for differentiation as well as the working flow for CAD/CAM specialist system are discussed here in which processing orientation is settled through vector.
