摘要
采用聚酯瓶片回收料纺制涤纶长丝 ,研究了纺丝工艺对长丝性能的影响。采用的纺丝速度为80 0、1 0 0 0 m/ min,后拉伸倍数为 3.2、3.4倍 ,后拉伸热盘温度 75℃ ,热板定型温度 1 50℃、1 80℃。结果表明 。
PET bottle scraps were used as raw material to produce PET filament. The effect of the spinning process on the filament properties was studied. The optimal spinning conditions was selected as: spinning velocity of 800 or 1000 m/min, after\|drawing ratio of 3.2 or 3.4, heat godet temperature of 75℃ for after\|drawing stage, heat plate setting temperature of 150℃ or 180℃. The results showed that the reasonable process conditions ensured the qualified PET filament.
