摘要
通过对表面波特性、产生的方法进行理论分析及实验 ,获得了表面波探头入射角和前沿尺寸的设计方法和计算公式 .制造出的表面波探头经过测试和在轮箍上应用 ,具有较高的灵敏度和信噪比 ,可满足车轮踏面的探伤要求 .
By the analysis of theory and the experimentation for the characteristics and the produced methods of the Rayleigh waves, the designed method and the calculated formulas for the incidence angle and the front size are obtained. The produced Rayleigh wave probes have high sensitivity and high S/N by testing and applying for the tyres, which can suit the inspection of the running surface of wheels.
