摘要 在pH 10~ 11的氨 氯化铵介质中 ,以氨水掩蔽钯 ,三乙醇胺掩蔽钛 ,以紫脲酸铵作指示剂 ,用Na2 EDTA标准溶液直接滴定测定镍。针对钛的易水解性 ,提出采用先加少量过氧化氢与钛生成不易水解的络合物 ,再加三乙醇胺掩蔽的方法 ,可有效地掩蔽少于 8mg的钛。其它共存离子可通过加入酒石酸钾或氟化物进行掩蔽。方法快速 ,准确 ,选择性好 ,用于钯镍钛合金中镍的测定 。 Nickel in Pd-Ni-Ti alloy was directly determined by titration with EDTA standard solution in an ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer medium of pH 10~11, using murexide as indicator. Palladium(Ⅱ) was masked by ammonia water. Titanium(Ⅳ) was masked by trihydroxylethylamine (TEA). Hydrolysis of Ti(Ⅳ) was prevented by the addition of an appropriate amount of hydrogen peroxide to mask Ti(Ⅳ) before the addition of TEA, and thus up to 8mg of Ti(Ⅳ) was effectively masked. Some other co-existing interfering ions could be masked by adding tartrate and fluoride. Rapidity accuracy and selectivity were the special features of this method.
