摘要
科技学术期刊的编辑活动作为科学研究活动的重要组成部分,其主要功能是使科学论文完成由手稿到科学文献的飞跃,进入社会传播领域,促进科学事业进步。在人类社会科学文化积累、发展的过程中,它具有择优控制作用、精化促进作用和双向导向作用;它的智能特点、技术特点和成果体现形式,它的主动性特点和被动性特点,构成了科技学术期刊编辑活动的特性。
The editorial activities of sci-tech journals is a important part of scientific research. Its main function is to finish leap of scientific paper from manuscript to scientific literature,entering the realm of social spread,improving scientific progress. In human race accumulating and developing social science and culture,it plays the roles of selection and control,simplicity and improvement ,two -way guiding. The characteristics of intelligence,technology,form of achievement,initiative and passivity constitute the properties of editorial activities of sci-tech journals.
