摘要
根据在实际工业生产中对激光加工的要求和激光加工自身的特点 ,把激光加工技术与计算机技术、精密机械传动等溶为一体形成激光加工系统的智能化精密平台 ,从而提高了该系统的自动化程度和加工质量。在平台的研制中主要解决以下几个关键问题 :步进电机和激光电源的智能化控制 ;机械传动系统精度的保证 ;加工过程中适时监控与定位。
Laser processing has been widely used in industrial production. In order to develop the processing system, it is necessary to adopt computer technology and precision machinery transmission. An intelligent precision platform as a part of the processing system has been built. For promoting the quality and automation three problems were solved. They are: (1) the intelligent control of step motors and laser power; (2) the design and security of high precision machinery transmission; (3) the timely monitoring and testing of position and movement during processing.
