摘要
作者用厚荚相思 (Acaciacrassicapa)种子获得的无菌苗进行离体培养 .结果表明 :采用改良的MS + 6 BA 0 .5~ 2 .0mg/L +NAA 0 .1~ 0 .2mg/L培养基均能诱导芽的分化和增殖 ,其中以改良的MS + 6 BA 1.5mg/L +NAA 0 .1mg/L为最适宜的培养基 .培养 30d后 ,芽繁殖系数可达到 4 .0 .以 1/2MS +IBA 0 .5~ 1.0mg/L培养基培养 2 0d后 ,生根率可达 83.0 %以上 .
In vitro culture of seeding of Acacia crassicapa was studied. The results showed that the differentiation of shoot could be induced and multiplied greatly in improved MS medium: MS+ 6 BA 0.5~2.0mg/L+ NAA 0.1~0.2 mg/L, and the improved MS medium which contended 6 BA 1.5 mg/L +NAA 0.1mg/L was the most proper one for the differentiation of shoot and multiplication. Coefficient of shoot multiplication was 4.0 after culturing 30d .The most proper rooting medium was :1/2 MS+IBA 0.5~1.0 mg/L, and rooting ratio could reach over 90% after culturing 20d. Vermiculite is a better transplanting medium for rooting plantlets.
