摘要
目的 :研究高血压脑出血病人血肿清除术后即行显微血管减压术对病人血压的影响。方法 :18例高血压脑出血病人行血肿清除术后 ,即行左侧枕下乳突后入路 ,延髓舌咽、迷走神经入脑区显微血管减压术。 结果 :术后死亡 3例 ,15例收缩压、12例舒张压较术前下降。结论:原发性高血压与延髓舌咽、迷走神经入脑处微血管压迫有关。
Objective: To study the action of microvascular decompression after removal of hematomas on blood pressure of the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method: The microvascular decompression for medullary bulb root entry zones of Ⅸ?Ⅹ cranial nerve were performed with left suboccipital retromastoidal approach after removal of hematomas in 18 cases of acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Rusults: Three cases died after operation, systolic pressure of 15 cases were lowered than preoperation, diastolic pressure of 12 cases were lowered than preoperation.Conclusion: Essential hypertension relating to medullary bulb root entry zones of Ⅸ?Ⅹ cranial nerve is oppressed by micrangium, microvascular decompression would be a new therapy and effective method for treating essential hypertension.
