摘要
对人力资源管理的发展状况进行了简要的分析 ,认为当今人力资源管理主要呈现出三方面的特点 ,即激励是核心 ,员工培训是重点 ,管理理念转向注重长远利益。基于这些特点 ,认为由于经济竞争的全球化、组织结构趋向扁平化和管理对象主要由知识性员工构成 ,未来人力资源管理将面临新的问题 ,从而呈现新的特点 :人力资源规划将成为企业战略规划的一部分 ;人员甄选方式呈现多元化与弹性化 ;“以人为本”的业绩辅导流程成为人力资源管理的主要方式 ;管理者的角色强调服务性 ;职业生涯管理成为人力资源管理的新职能。
This paper simply analyses the phases of HRM in development. It holds that the focuses of HRM now are motivating and training employees, and emphasizing the long term interests. It points out that in future, because of the global economic competition, the changing structures of organizations and the different composition of personnel, new features will emerge: HR planning will become a necessary part of a company′s strategy; the ways of selecting talented people will be flexible and diversified; the employee oriented processes for good performance will be the main form of HRM; employee′s career planning and managing will become a new function of HRM; the managers will play roles of servants.
