摘要
高校领导干部能否受到师生员工的拥护 ,成为一个成功而有效的领导者 ,关键在于其自身所产生的影响力 ;影响力分权力性影响力和非权力性影响力 ,分别受到传统、职位、资历和品格、才能、知识。
Whether a leader in the university is supported and praised by the faculty and staff depends largely on his own influence. This influence is partly attributed to his position, for example, his position, title, etc., and partly to his personality such as knowledge structure, EQ etc.
