镁钙质和镁质中间包涂料对钢液洁净度的影响 被引量:11

摘要 通过现场对比实验 ,研究了镁钙质和镁质中间包涂料对钢液洁净度的影响。结果表明 :( 1)两种涂料对钢液均有明显的脱氧作用 ,其脱氧率与钢液的原始全氧含量有关 ,原始氧含量越高 ,脱氧率越大 ;( 2 )对铝镇静钢而言 ,镁钙质涂料有比镁质涂料更好的脱氧效果 ,脱氧率能高出 5 %~ 15 % ;而对硅镇静钢 ,两种涂料对钢液的脱氧效果几乎没有差别 ;( 3)两种涂料对铝镇静钢和硅镇静钢均没有明显的脱硫作用。 The influences of magnesia-calcia and magnesia coatings for tundish on reducing total oxygen and sulphur contents in molten steel were studied in detail by comparative test in plant.The results are as follows:(1)Both of the coatings have clear deoxidation effect to the molten steel,and their deoxidation rates increase with the increase of the initial content of total oxygen in molten steel;(2)The deoxidation rate of the magnesia-calcia coating is 5%~15% higher than that of magnesia coating for Al-killed steel,but their deoxidation effects almost have no difference for Si-killed steel;(3)Both of the coatings have not apparent desulphurization effect either for Al-killed steel or for Si-killed steel.
