摘要
大庆油建公司根据本单位的基本情况和改革现状,初步制订了一套推行鲁布革工程管理经验的模式。本文介绍了该管理模式的基本思路、构思和设想,并制订了实施步骤,通过学习宣传,全面推行“项目法”施工,改革调整企业体制,推行两层分离,向科研、施工、采购一体化经营迈进。
This article intuoduces the basic idea and the management model plan put forward by the compa-ny based on Lubuge project management experience to be carried out in Daqing Cilfield Con-struction Company and draws up implementation steps.Through carrying out'project method' inconstruction,the company will reform and adjust the system of orgnization of its enterprises,re-alizes centralization management of science-research.construction and purchase step by step.
