摘要
以修正的三对角矩阵法作为模拟计算的算法 ,修正的Edwards模型作为求解活度系数的方法对含硫污水汽提塔进行模拟计算 ,并分析和计算热冷进料的配比、污水中氨与硫化氢的浓度、侧线采出位置及热进料温度对全塔的影响 ,优化出该塔的最佳操作条件 ,模拟计算结果与生产实际相符合 ,以此优化的操作条件指导济南石化等八家企业的扩产改造取得良好的效果。
The algorithm of simulating stripping of sour water column is based on the method of modified triple diagonal matrix, and the modified Edwards simulation is used to compute the activity coefficient. Through computing and analyzing several causes, which include the factors affecting the operation of column, such as cold and hot feed proportioning, the concentration of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, the position of side stream and temperature of hot feed, the best operating condition is found. The results of simulation accord with practicality and have been used to direct reconstruction of some corporations and have acquired good effects.
