摘要
提出了用高效液相色谱分离和测定面粉中增白剂过氧化苯甲酰的新方法。用乙醇为溶剂通过超声提取面粉中的过氧化苯甲酰 ,在氢氧化钾存在下使之转化为苯甲酸 ,再用HPLC进行测定 。
A new method for the determination of benzoyl peroxide(BPO) bleach in wheat flour was developed by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after decomposition of BPO to benzoic acid (BA). BPO was efficiently extracted from, wheat flour with absolute ethanol by ultrasonication under neutral condition and converted to BA in the presence of potassium hydroxide solution. The chromatographic separation of BA was performed on a Shimpack CLC ODS separation column and deteced at 230 nm. Good linearity between the concentration of BPO and peak area was achieved in the range of 0.15similar to20 mg/L. The detection limit (signal-to-noise 2.1) was 15 mug/L for BPO. The method has been successfully applied for the analysis of real samples, and the average recoveries for various samples were 99.5%.
